Dear Dean,

 

Juice by you! This is your Positive Thinking Manager checking in on you. How are you? There are lots of great things happening here in the Positive Thinking Department this month. I’d like to take a few moments to share some of our latest findings with you.

 

We’ve been looking through the Success Archives, and dusted off a few classics for you. Do you remember that time on the Bengal Tiger promotion where you went gangbusters? People told you that nobody could sell that promotion, but YOU proved them wrong. Kudos to you. You outsold the whole office for weeks, and built yourself a crew. Remember Ray when he first arrived? You completely made him. He didn’t know the business, and had no goals. You trained him, took him under your wing, showed him how to get himself motivated. You did a great job!

 

We’ve also completed an audit on your personal qualities, and it sure makes good reading! Here are just some of the qualities that you possess in spades:

• Stickability
• Positive thinkingness
• The power to inspire
• Dreaming big

 

What do you want us to do with this? We thought maybe you could use a little help with motivating your guys. You can get them back out and selling! Tell them how well they’re doing! Remind them they’re not working for you, they’re busy building their own dreams. Pick out some motivational messages from The Power of You to help them get back on track. Get with the new guy, Paul. He seems like a really sharp guy. He could help Ray rebuild his crew, and help you rebuild your office. Make sure Ray looks after him and gets him up and running. And make some atmosphere in the office tonight, so the guys can get juiced up when they come in from the field!
